Thursday 22nd May 2008 marks the official opening of the new Westfield Plenty Valley; the latest development in Mill Park. Westfield is delighted to be able to get involved in the community by supporting local sporting clubs in the area.

The Dinner Dance has been booked for Saturday night August 2nd from 6.00pm til late. 
Tickets are available for $65 per head.  Also selling tables of 8 for $500 which is a 5% saving. 
So grab a few of your friends together and book a table and enjoy a fun night out to end the season.

Tonight Under 12 Blue will be manning the BBQ.   Next Friday May 23rd it will be Under 12 Gold’s turn. 
Team managers please give Jenny the names of the parents who help out so they can be entered into the draw for free registration for next year. Thankyou.

Notices listing choices went out to coaches and team managers last week.   Thankyou to the teams who have already returned them. 
Can they please be returned as soon as possible so we can start planning dates and making bookings. Some items are a first come first served basis. Permission slips will go out to the players and their parents two weeks prior to their excursion and must be returned before they can attend.

Notices and payment envelopes went out to all players last Wednesday night. If you missed yours please see your Team Manager. 
Make sure you take notice of when your team’s photos are being taken. With the number of teams we now have, photos are being taken over three nights. 
On your night please come in your home playing uniform. Envelopes and payment need to be in prior to, or on the night of your team’s photo shoot.

The boys had a visit from four Carlton players on Wednesday night. The players went and visited all the groups and answered various questions that the boys had. Thankyou to Ryan Jackson, Cameron Cloke, Jason Saddington and Paul Bower for giving their time to come and visit our boys.
